BHS Division VP, Charles Feltman joined us at Harry’s Hofbrau this month, and joined with three different quartets, each time singing another part! He, and the quartets had a great time; our audience really appreciated it, too. Four Men In Accord (Steve Gummersall, Dave Laubscher, Mike Irvin, Marv Bertelson), sang “Her Bathing Suit Never Got Wet”, “Shenandoah”, “Home on the Range”, and the 1930’s classic, “My Old Fraternity Pin”!

Never Too Old Four (Bruce Bunting, Chuck Mollett, Ric King, and Charles Feltman, substituting for Biil Gates) performed a few impromptu selections. Other quartets were formed with David Tuttleman and Sieg Yoder, singing a few selections from the Barber Polecat Songbook, and the audience joined in on a few numbers that they knew.

Our group is one of the few throughout the county that solely does quarteting, and is keeping the SPEBSQSA founders (1938) dream alive. Visit John Heather’s website:, and join us for lunch the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month.
